Our company proudly manages a diverse property portfolio, showcasing our expertise in property investment and management. 

We currently own eight buy-to-let properties across Manchester, all leased to a housing association on a secure five-year contract. These properties provide housing for the homeless and vulnerable, with guaranteed monthly rent, hassle-free management, and assurance that the properties are maintained in excellent condition. 

Additionally, we own two residential properties acquired through the council's Right to Buy scheme, further diversifying our holdings.

Currently, we are refurbishing a property in Manchester and have another progressing in legals, both of which we plan to sell for a profit upon completion.
