This property was listed on the market for £200,000, we secured this for £160,000 and have now started full refurbishment works. A back-to-brick project!
PROGRESS
The property has been taken back to brick throughout, Gallow Brackets installed so the chimney stack could be removed. Stud walls made, insulation and boarding nearly complete. 1st fix electrics done and we are close to being ready for plastering.
Upstairs fully boarded and part plastered, the garden fencing is complete and new loft hatch and windows have been installed. The bathroom fitting has started and the footings have been dug for the extension under permitted development. Mini pilling has been installed which was needed to protect some pipework before concrete was poured.
Upstairs is fully plastered with architrave and we now have power! The block and beam for the extension floor and the brick work up to the DPC have been laid. The wall between the front room and previous kitchen has been knocked out to create a double door opening into what will be the new kitchen area.
